Organic Beauty - by Sheridyn FisherLiving a happy, healthy & positive lifestyle is something that I am passionate about. I hope to encourage others to release how important it is to take care of your mind, body & soul.Being a vegetarian, wanted to share with you all my Organic / Natural Animal Friendly Beauty tips & Beauty routines. I am always asked what I do personally to take care of my skin, so I have dedicated this section of my website to give you an insight to my personal beauty regime.It is very important to me to be as natural as I can with my skin, beauty & health. I always try to eat as natural as I can an drink plenty of water. I exercise regularly & eat very healthy. I also enjoy making natural Face masks from organic and fresh ingredients at home. I am always using fresh ingredients, and even though I might look funny at the time walking around with products like Avocado or Oatmeal on my face, I really see a difference in my own skin.You can make SO many amazing & natural remedies at home and I personally like to know that there are no processed or un natural ingredients added. You can allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the natural minerals and goodness that using these fresh ingredients will achieve! I make fresh face masks 3-4 times a week. I use ingredients such as organic or natural Rolled Oats, Avocado, Green Tea and also make face scrubs & exfoliants from sand or bi-carb soda.I wanted to share some of my secrets with you all.ORGANIC / NATURAL FACE MASKS.For best results, apply to clean skin.Avocado MaskUsing a fresh avocado, mash up a small amount (enough to cover your face) and massage gently into your skin (avoid getting to close to your eyes). Leave for 20 mins and rinse gently with water. This will make your skin feel smooth & feel healthy.Oat Meal Mask:Take 1/3 cup of Organic Rolled Oats and put into a small bowl. Add a 3 tablespoons of water and mix. Cover and place in your Fridge over night. This will form a paste like texture from the natural juices. (Keep no longer that 3 - 4 days before making new batch).Put all over your face (avoid getting to close to your eyes) and leave for 10 15 mins. The rinse with water.Green Tea & Jasmine Blossom Toner.Next time you sit down to have a cup of tea, try Organic Green Tea with Jasmine Blossoms. Make a fresh pot and leave to cool down. Once the tea has cooled down, pour the contents into a jug or bottle and store in your fridge. This will be a perfect toner to use each day. Bi-Carb Soda Scrub.Perfect fo removing dead skin cells and leaves your skin soft. Put a small amount of Bi Carb into the palm of your hand and add a small amount of water to create a gritty texture. Gently scrub over your face (AVOID YOUR EYE AREA COMPLETLEY) For 20 30 seconds and rinse. If you have sensitive skin or your skin starts to feel irritated do not use.I do this twice a week for best results.SOME MORE BEAUTY TIPS!•If you a purchasing any products, READ what the ingredients are. Always be aware of what you are putting on your skin or into your body. The more natural the better.•Try and find the most natural products you can for moisturisers and creams.•WATER! Drink plenty of water, natural green teas or other natural teas (I love Ginger & lemongrass tea).•HAVE SHORTER SHOWERS! Not only is this good for the environment but the shorter your shower the more moisture you skin will have. Having long showers actually dries out your skin.•LAUGH & LOVE! Being relaxed & happy is good for your skin. Being happy releases natural endorphins which in turn makes your skin glow. Remember to LIVE & LOVE! Surround yourself with people who bring out your happiness & do things that make you happy. Be activily loving, Its good for you.•FRESH AIR! Try to go for a walk outdoors at least twice a week (I try and go every day, I love taking my dogs for big walks outside & going bike riding). Breathing clean fresh air is invigorating & helps your well being! • WALK IN THE SAND! The best way to exfoliate your feet and also enjoy the beauty of life at the same time. Walking in the sand helps scrub of any dead skin cells and makes your feet feel soft. Always remember to wear a good sun block when outdoors and cover up when in the sun too.LIVE & LOVEX Sheridyn* Do not use any products if you are allergic to them or if they irritate you skin.
